Key Responsibilities in Supply Chain Administration and Logistics

* Coordinate and process daily purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment.
* Maintain and update supply chain records, including inventory levels, procurement documents, and supplier information.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to track orders, resolve issues, and support efficient supply chain processes.
* Monitor stock movements and inventory discrepancies, supporting stock takes and cycle counts as required.
* Assist with the preparation and analysis of supply chain and logistics reports to inform business decision-making.
* Support the implementation of supply chain and logistics improvements, suggesting ways to streamline processes and enhance performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements across supply chain activities.
* Provide administrative support to the supply chain and warehouse teams, including data entry, document management, and invoice processing.


Skills and Experience for Supply Chain and Logistics Success

* Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related administrative role is highly beneficial.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication and relationship skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and supply chain or inventory management systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation.
