A vital support role within the Executive Team.

Location
Initially based in Bradford; in Summer 2026 the office will move to Leeds Valley Park. Hybrid arrangement with 2‑3 days per week in office.
Work type
Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am‑6:00 pm.
Overview
The role supports two Directors, providing proactive and confidential service, managing complex diaries, travel, and meetings, coordinating communication, and general office support.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate complex senior diaries, manage conflicts and changing priorities.
* Ensure Directors are briefed and have all materials for meetings and speaking engagements.
* Arrange and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, event registrations, air, rail, and hotel bookings, mindful of budgets.
* Liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including partners, regulatory bodies, board members.
* Process expenses, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.
* Provide general office support as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Extensive experience working at board level/C‑Suite in a professional organisation.
* Proven experience of complex diary and email management for senior members.
* Experience of minute / note taking.
* Energetic, flexible, responsive, can‑do approach, able to handle any task.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to liaise confidently at all levels.
* Outgoing and resilient with high professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
* Self‑initiated, proactive, with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong relationship‑management skills.
* Intermediate to advanced IT skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of CoPilot.
* Efficient organisational skills, high accuracy, able to prioritise a conflicting workload.
* Excellent prioritisation and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Ability to multi‑task, manage tight deadlines, and stay resourceful.
* Flexibility to work additional / out‑of‑hours as necessary.
* Valid UK driving licence, as required for occasional site visits.
