Customer Service Representative - Edinburgh Lloyds Banking Group
Salary: £21,840 - £23,000 per year
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9PE
Role Overview:
Join a people and technology-driven business, handling calls from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Assist customers with retirement planning, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, ensuring a seamless experience during critical moments.
Comprehensive training will be provided; prior financial services experience is not required. Many team members come from customer-facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or travel industries.
