Role: Reception Teacher

Salary: £29,344 - £44,919

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting pupils development across all areas of learning.
* Plan and provide engaging, play-based learning opportunities that cater to a range of abilities and interests.
* Support pupils social, emotional, and communication development in a nurturing environment.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom that promotes curiosity and independence.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with EYFS frameworks, using observations to inform planning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child s development and well-being.
* Promote positive behaviour and establish strong routines to support early learning.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience within Early Years or Reception is preferred.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
* Passionate about early years education and committed to professional development.
* Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check and professional references.
