Retail Manager within Tweedmill Shopping Outlet
Our client is a leading menswear retailer, with stores and concessions across the UK and a history of over 75 years of operating successfully.
The business is expanding and is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for their menswear concession based within Tweedmill Shopping Outlet in St Asaph, Denbighshire.
A dynamic individual is sought to manage the concession and team, organising staff rotas, sales and customer service, merchandising stock, and the use of till and card machine.
Salary / Benefits
* £23,478 basic salary (approximately £12.90 per hour, 35 hours a week) plus an excellent monthly bonus and weekly commission scheme.
* Commission scheme is payable on team sales, not an individual target.
* Participation in the ‘Exceptional Performance’ reward bonus scheme, paid monthly and based on a sales percentage above target.

Hours
* 35 hours per week between store opening times. (Additional hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods.)
Qualifications
Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment is required.
