We are recruiting for one full-time post in Fostering and one part-time (0.6) post in Pathways Through Care. The post holder will work alongside our Fostering/Looked After Children services to provide therapeutic support to foster carers, looked after children and care leavers. The aim is to support placement stability for children and enable carers to provide psychologically informed care and support to children. The post holder will also work alongside professional networks to support with assessment of need and formulations to support care planning and interventions. Full-time Fostering Post: Support foster carers and children through assessments, interventions and collaborative teamwork, providing observational, psychological assessment and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist. Part time 22.2 hours per week - Pathways Through Care Post: To assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans involving the psychological treatment and/or management of a children and young people’s emotional and attachment needs, under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist.
