Pay: $25 - $35 per hour plus commission
Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance
Sign-on Bonus:
* $1800 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs
* $6000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs
* $8000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs

Responsibilities:
Your Role as a Residential HVAC Technician
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
* Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction
* Work with professional tools and a supportive leadership team
This is a full-time, year round HVAC Service position with consistent work and high earning potential.
Qualifications:
What You Need:
* 2-3 years of residential HVAC experience (outside of schooling)
* EPA certification
* Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
* Must pass background and drug screening
* Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
