WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Be the key expert in understanding what is happening in your customer account and how our brands are performing.
* Provide presentations, insight and tracking that enable the team to gain competitor understanding and identify opportunities for Coty.
* Support implementation of strategic opportunities through cross‑functional internal and external stakeholder management.
* Pricing & promotions; review activations at the customer and propose new promotional opportunities to grow our business.
* Coordinate implementation of account promotional plans and ensure all relevant administration and support is complete.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand, create and implement activations for new product launches in line with brand and retailer strategy.
* Champion e‑commerce excellence and bring new product launches to life with an omni‑channel approach.
* Create and submit new line forms as required.
* Take responsibility for processing and coding invoices and managing through the approvals process.
* Support team with range review administrative tasks and analysis when required.
* Review store implementation information regularly and make suggestions to improve our look and feel, sales and/or customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
* A passion for the beauty industry, keenly following the latest trends.
* Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Sense of initiative, creativity and problem solving.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively to deadline and under pressure.
* Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
