Qualified/Diagnostic Technicians for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT or Skoda required (Slough)
Dependent on qualification level: a very generous basic salary with realistic total earnings of £51,000 (uncapped)
Windrush Volkswagen has a reputation for quality, reliability and high service standards as a direct result of its committed and loyal team of employees. We are currently looking for highly professional and experienced qualified/diagnostic technicians for our Slough location.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* To efficiently complete advanced diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer’s standards
* Communicate with customers directly to assist in fault diagnosis and resolution
* Continually adopt new technology and repair techniques as well as coaching the team to improve the overall skillset of Windrush
* You will have or will take the progression to electric car technology
The Ideal Applicants Will
* Have a stable and progressive career within a Volkswagen Group workshop (Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi, Skoda and CV) experience – other brand technicians will be considered
* Hold a recognised technician qualification commensurate with the role
* Have strong organisational skills in all activities and ensure that tasks are completed carefully and accurately to agreed schedules for our customers
