Role: Production Planner
Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland
Hours: Full Time
Pay: £30,000 £35,000 (experience dependent)

The Role:
* Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with forecasts and stock levels
* Adjust schedules in response to changing demand and supply conditions
* Coordinate with procurement to secure raw materials and packaging
* Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and logistics to align supply chain activities
* Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
* Maintain ERP/MRP planning systems and provide management reports
* Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in planning processes
The Requirements:
* Previous experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven planning
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve results
