£40,000 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge
Working 3 doubles and 2 singles per week
Working with a dedicated team in a 3 Rosette, sustainability-focused kitchen
Fresh, locally sourced and organic produce, including from their own smallholding
Creative input into menus and dishes
Career progression and mentoring from a respected Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef
Supporting the Head Chef in leading the brigade and running the kitchen day to day
Delivering beautifully presented, high-quality dishes with consistency and care
Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes
Overseeing stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Training, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards
This role is ideal for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef (or ambitious Sous Chef) with experience in 3 Rosette or Michelin-level kitchens, looking to thrive in a nurturing, independent environment with serious culinary ambition.
