Job Overview
As our digital footprint grows, we are seeking an experienced professional to build on existing success and implement a global e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth in this sector.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, it is expected that the jobholder will spend the first months in the role evaluating current e-commerce activity and managing the Amazon UK & EU account, to gain the required knowledge to form an onward growth strategy.
Main responsibilities
* Amazon UK and EU account management
* Evaluate relationship, performance and opportunities of existing 3rd party sellers
* Evaluate e-commerce content across all platforms, including product presentation and placement, and brand compliance
* Establish frameworks to manage and minimise cross marketplace conflict
* Develop and implement the overall ecommerce trading strategy to achieve sales, profit and growth targets
* Identify new market opportunities and emerging platforms
* Utilise channel and internal reports to analyse customer performance and behaviour
* Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for action
* Scope resource requirements to achieve strategic objectives
* Manage sales prices across channels and where possible, manage retail prices
* Deliver sales forecasts when required using channel and Rodo data
* Identify and deliver account specific product requirements
* Develop, deliver and analyse promotional and advertising campaigns
* Continuous focus on exploring profitable growth opportunities
* Identify drop-shipment opportunities
* Provide reports to the board as required
The Individual
This role is for a senior-level marketeer with e-commerce focus who has the knowledge and ability to build, execute and accelerate business growth in the e-commerce sector.
The successful candidate will have experience in a B2B product environment with clear commercial ownership. Candidates must have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and be highly proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and AMVisor.
The role requires excellent communication skills across all levels, strong analytical ability to interpret data and influence strategy, and proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Location
Our preference is that the role is office based, however we would consider a hybrid arrangement of (at least) 2 days working from the office/ 3 days working from home. Please only apply for this role if you can attend our offices in Manchester 2 days per week.
