Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our client’s Charity Organisation based in York.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
1. Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward
2. Act as a role model for evidence-based, person-centred care
3. Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
4. Manage staffing, training, and development
5. Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed
6. Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
16. RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMC registration
17. Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
18. Proven experience managing a ward or large team
19. Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively
20. Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification or willingness to undertake
21. Enhanced DBS clearance
