Our role As the Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers for our Regulatory Solutions products. You will devise and implement strategic sales plans, identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and co-ordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet our Customers’ needs. In addition you will analyse market trends, provide sales forecast and play a vital role in Regulatory Solutions’ business development and success.
This role reports to the VP Customer Solutions and is an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities.
A Day In Your Role
* Build and grow a strong industry network, developing relationships with key contacts and influencers
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with local and corporate marketing teams
* Establish trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
* Define winning sales strategies and work closely with pre-sales teams to produce high-quality tenders and proposals
* Consistently achieve annual sales targets by securing new customers and delivering tailored solutions

* Proven business development experience, with the ability to convert provided leads and proactively generate new opportunities
* A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
* Strong strategic thinking skills, with a customer-centric approach to solution design
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
* The ability to adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders and objectives
* Confidence in presenting, articulating value, and responding to detailed questions
* A results-driven mindset with strong time management and prioritisation skills
