Overview
As a Pricing Manager UK m/f/d you will report to the Country Managing Director and be based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
What you will do
* Drive pricing strategy and sales profitability across the zone, ensuring alignment with UK and Group objectives.
* Develop and manage customer rebate agreements and support key commercial decisions with actionable data.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement strategic business improvements.
* Provide accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analyses to steer performance.
* Lead and support sales controlling processes, ensuring consistency in trade terms and pricing across the region.
What about you
* Degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification.
* Strong experience in sales controlling, pricing strategy, and commercial operations, ideally within an international group.
* Proficient in SAP, Power BI and Excel; comfortable with reporting tools and business analytics.
* Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
