We are currently recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner for a beautiful nursery that is part of a small chain with beautiful resources
This role is a permanent position working over 32 - 40 hours on a rota basis between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
Shifts are between 8-5 and 9-6 Monday to Friday, but they are also flexible to other full time shift patterns, such as 8-6 over four days.

What you need for the Nursery Practitioner role in Henley-on-Thames,
* Level 2 or 3 in Childcare.
* Sound knowledge of EYFS
* Organisational skills
* Interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Positive individual that loves working as a team
* Experience of working with children
* Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities of the roles include:
* Displaying a real passion for childcare.
* Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
* Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
* Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
* Lunch/snacks duty
* Promoting best practice in the nursery.
* Effectively supporting team members
