Job Title: Site Engineer
LOCATION: Leeds
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Leeds on our Dyecoats £100 Million project, we require concrete frame experience, ideally with high-rise and slipform expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct surveying and setting out duties and proficient in using Robotic Total Stations.
* Review drawings, specifications, and quantities and raise TQ’s accordingly.
* Schedule materials for procurement.
* Plan and organise site operations to meet deadlines.
* Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
* Supervise and monitor site labour and subcontractors.
* Mentor trainee engineers.
* Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
* Maintain quality records.
* Resolve technical difficulties and unexpected issues.
* Arrange and conduct material testing.
* Keep a detailed Site Diary.
* Collaborate with the construction site team.
* Innovate and introduce improvements.
Essential Technical Competencies
* Proven experience in a Site Engineer role.
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Must have concrete frame experience, ideally with high-rise/slipform expertise
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full driving license.
* Proficient in using FieldView/AutoDesk Build etc. for recording QA.
