We are building a B2B growth platform designed to solve a clear and expensive problem: marketing teams are spending more, working harder and still struggling to optimise performance, prove ROI and scale predictably.

The business is structured across three interrelated pillars, each commercially viable on its own, but significantly stronger together.


Business Model

* 1. B2B Marketing Consultancy: A senior‑led consultancy delivering go‑to‑market strategy, demand generation, account‑based marketing and international expansion. The consultancy both supports and is supported by the SaaS platform, acting as a proving ground for product insight while benefiting from AI‑driven optimisation and performance visibility.
* 2. AI Marketing Optimisation SaaS: A proprietary, AI‑driven platform focused on improving B2B marketing efficiency, decision‑making and ROI across channels, campaigns and funnels. This is the core scalable asset, designed for recurring revenue, defensible IP and long‑term enterprise value.
* 3. B2B Marketing Training: A stand‑alone training business delivering practical, commercially focused programmes for founders, leaders and marketing teams. While independent in revenue and delivery, the training is strategically interrelated, drawing directly from real‑world consultancy insight and SaaS intelligence to maintain relevance and credibility.

Together, these pillars create diversified revenue, strong data feedback loops and an AI‑led growth engine. This is not a traditional agency or course business. The ambition is to build a high‑growth B2B platform with SaaS at its valuation core.


The Role

We are seeking a Founding Investment Partner to join at inception.

* Invest capital in exchange for meaningful equity
* Act as a strategic partner at board and founder level
* Contribute to commercial strategy, product direction and growth priorities
* Support go‑to‑market execution, partnerships and scale‑up decisions
* Help shape governance, funding strategy and eventual exit planning

Operational involvement is expected, but scope will align with your strengths and availability.


Investment & Equity

* Capital investment is mandatory to secure equity
* Equity allocation reflects:
o Level of financial investment
o Strategic experience and network value
o Degree of active involvement
o Full transparency on use of funds, milestones and growth roadmap
* Specific investment ranges and equity structures will be discussed with qualified candidates.


Ideal Partner Profile

* Has experience as a founder, investor or senior commercial leader
* Understands SaaS economics, B2B growth or AI‑led platforms
* Brings strong commercial judgement and long‑term perspective
* Has capital available for early‑stage investment
* Wants ownership, influence and upside rather than advisory optics
* Is comfortable with calculated risk in pursuit of asymmetric returns
