Your experience At least 3 years in the signage industry, ideally with exposure to retail signage and store fit-outs Hands-on experience with technical signage and installations Comfortable with Illustrator and Photoshop for amends or spec checks Clear, professional communicator who builds trust with clients and teams Organised, proactive, and steady under pressure What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role You’ll work closely with the wider team to run retail signage and fit-out projects for major high street brands. That means quoting, coordinating installs, managing suppliers, and ensuring all projects land on time, on spec, and to budget. You’ll handle client comms, issue quotes, manage cost of sales, generate project documentation, conduct site surveys and make sure everything from delivery to install is properly planned and executed.
