IPS Finance is handling a newly created Finance Manager role to join a leading support services company. This role will support the Group Finance Director in the day-to-day finance operations and lead a small finance team. As Finance Manager, you will: Report directly to the Group Finance Director Oversee the production of management accounts, cashflows, budgets, and VAT returns. Provide financial analysis, including variance reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. Support year-end processes, including audit deliverables and liaising with external auditors. Present financial information to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making. Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals. We are looking for a part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with: Strong experience in accounting packages and advanced Excel skills. Experience managing and developing a team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Confidence in presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
