For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.</li><li>Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.</li><li>Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.</li><li>Making customer‑focused decisions and completing key store routines.</li><li>Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.</li><li>Having a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.</li><li>Building rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.</li><li>Using your initiative and making the right decisions for customers.</li><li>Working well in a team and communicating openly, having fun, and celebrating success.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You must be over 18 to apply for this role.
