Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing building control experience who is looking to develop their career in an ambitious and forward‑thinking local authority. You will be a member of a multi‑disciplinary team that deals with all aspects of the building control function.
Responsibilities
* Two registered building inspectors will undertake restricted functions and restricted activities as appropriate to the level of their competency.
* Perform other building control related activities as required.
* Help cultivate good working relationships with key internal and many external partners and offer excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Class 2 competency to at least categories A to D.
