Pay: £89 – £100 per day

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wokingham is seeking a Youth Support Worker to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils, providing guidance, encouragement, and pastoral support throughout the school day.
In this role, you will work closely with pupils who may need additional support to engage fully with their learning, develop positive behaviour, and build confidence in a school environment.
In this Youth Support Worker role, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
* Help children develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills
* Support the teaching staff in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment
* Encourage participation, independence, and confidence in pupils
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring youth workers, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable experience in education. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
