Responsibilities

* Maintain cleanliness and organizing the kitchen
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
* Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the kitchen environment.
