About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-speed production equipment operates at peak efficiency. Working on a rotating days/night shift pattern, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reactive and planned maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
* Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Maintain accurate records using CMMS and contribute to root cause analysis
* Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
