Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you will manage various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving all helpdesk emails and allocating them to the correct team member. Once notified that a job is completed, you will file the helpdesk emails accurately and in a timely manner. Handling incoming calls from clients, service partners, and field engineers. Requesting quotes from Service Partners and providing clients with costs while scheduling work according to requirements. Collating engineer reports, reviewing them, and sending them to clients. Assisting the Operations department by updating Operating Software with accurate site information and subcontractor details. Managing daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow. Performing data entry tasks accurately and promptly. Providing finance support by raising task completion sheets for the Accounts Department to generate invoices. Offering clerical support, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management. Assisting in the development of office procedures to enhance productivity.
