This organisation is looking for the right individual who’s eager to learn and keen to take their first steps into the property industry. As an apprentice property manager, you will be exposed to the lettings and property management side of the company and will be working alongside their team to assist with the organisation activities.

£11,648 a year
The current salary is set at £8 per hour. After 12 months in the role, the salary will increase to HMRC guidelines dependant on age, for the remainder of the programme.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
* Supporting staff with the day-to-day running of the property management department
* General administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry & handling post, along with shredding.
* Dealing with Tenant inquiries via email and telephone
* Monitoring e-mails
* Answering calls
* Booking in maintenance appointments
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
* To register applicants onto the database
* To manage the data base to ensure action items are addressed
* To book viewings via both telephone and email enquiries
* Obtaining regular feedback from viewings
* Liaising with suppliers and contractors over work at properties
* Ideally, a full UK driving licence holder and vehicle. But company will accept someone with a licence with a view of being insured under company car. Terms and conditions apply.

* 100% remote delivery over Teams, supported with an online learning platform.
* Minimum 3 sessions per month to facilitate off the job learning along with learners who must have minimum 6 hours recorded per week.
