Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Your Role Will Include:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle for temporary roles across the Healthcare sector
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and temporary workers
* Quickly sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality temporary staff
* Responding to urgent client requirements with speed and accuracy
* Creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of client leads and vacancies
* Hitting and exceeding personal and team KPIs and targets
* Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience in recruitment – temp desk experience is a huge plus
* Is a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Is target-driven and motivated to exceed goals
* Thrives under pressure and enjoys a challenge
* Is self-starting, proactive, and eager to grow within the role
