You will be the face of an exclusive boutique development, delivering a seamless, five-star lifestyle experience to a discerning resident community. The Day Concierge should be proactive, polished and dynamic who oozes consistency, professionalism with a passion for effortless first-class service. The successful candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar 5* environment, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes
