As Nursery Room Leader, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of the room - guiding practice, overseeing planning, and ensuring children are well prepared for their transition to school. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required. You must have experience leading or deputising within a nursery room. This role is not suitable for practitioners without senior room responsibility.
