Referral Order Volunteer & Data Admin Co-ordinator
The Youth Justice Service (YJS) in Windsor and Maidenhead are looking for a person with excellent organisational skills, natural communication skills and the ability to take on a diverse range of tasks on a daily basis.
This is a crucial post in a multi agency team covering administrative duties in relation to the YJS volunteers and ensuring statutory Referral Order panels are convened within strict timescales.
You will often be the first line of communication with our service users, therefore a calm and approachable manner is important.
This post is an organisational one that requires a competent level of IT skills, support to YJS management & co-ordination of the statutory aims of the YJS performance requirements.
This post is a fixed term post, covering maternity leave.

About the role
2. To manage the Referral Order administrative systems for Youth Justice Panels, working to ensure consistent policy and practice, and the effective use of resources.
3. To ensure efficient co-ordination and delivery of performance management systems, responsible for the maintenance, collection, collation and presentation of YJS performance data. To devise and deliver, in conjunction with YJS management, comprehensive training to ensure all YJS staff are updated on policies and practice within the service related to YJS performance.
4. To provide administrative support to the YJS management team and wider staff group.
5. To represent the YJS at meetings (including presenting data at the YJS Management Board), events and forums as required and to be the point of contact between YJS and related system providers.
About you
6. Experienced co-ordinator in business support and analysing data.
7. Experience of working in social work, educational, health, youth and community or youth justice setting.
8. To be able to provide written reports, including data analysis, to a range of professionals, understanding the importance of data quality.
9. Have experience of a range of children's case management systems and confident using technology.
10. Be a problem solver, analysing problems and finding solutions.
