Role: Relationship Director
As a Relationship Director, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through proactive development and sales activities. Your main responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting ambitious origination targets. You will collaborate closely with business owners to understand their operations, perform comprehensive financial analyses, and develop tailored proposals to support their growth.
Responsibilities
1. Work with businesses across various sectors, offering both hard and soft asset financing.
2. Manage your time and workload effectively to ensure each customer receives full support and education on their options.
3. Provide solution-focused, customer-oriented services.
Required Experience
* Recent and relevant sales experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking with deal structuring abilities.
* Proven credit skills with the capacity to conduct full financial analyses.
* Understanding of operational risks, economic fluctuations, and regulatory requirements.
