House Leader – Secondary School Role: House Leader – Secondary School Location: Poole Working Hours: Full-time (8:00am – 4:00pm) Start Date: January 2026 About the role: Based in Poole, The House Leader role is responsible for ensuring the safety, behaviour, and wellbeing of students within their house. They lead on pastoral care, promote positive behaviour and attendance, and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. They support students’ academic and social development, manage behaviour strategies, and foster a safe and inclusive environment that aligns with the school's values.
