Pegasus Group invites applications for the 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Urban Design team in the Edinburgh office, where you will work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. The scheme offers valuable exposure and a supportive training environment to begin your career.
Please note: due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career requiring work sponsored visas.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Design team in the delivery of wide-ranging design consultancy services on various projects and schemes.
* Support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients.
* Gain experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development during the Graduate Training Scheme.
Requirements
* Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject.
* Demonstrate a logical and analytical approach.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to use your own initiative and think creatively.
* Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture is advantageous but not essential, as you will learn on the job.
