Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales reps
2. Lead daily meetings, training, and performance reviews
3. Drive KPIs: calls, conversions, offers, revenue
4. Enforce sales systems, scripts, and standards
5. Challenge underperformance and build a high-output culture
6. Collaborate with leadership to evolve sales processes
