Overview
Henry Schein Dental is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where you’ll partner with dental practices to deliver innovative solutions in merchandise, equipment, technology, and services.
Territory: South Boston to Rhode Island
What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow a defined territory (South Boston to Rhode Island).
* Build strong business relationships with dental practices through in-person visits and regular business reviews.
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by executing key sales initiatives.
* Expand accounts and win new customers through networking, prospecting, and consultative selling.
* Partner with internal specialists and leverage Henry Schein solutions to deliver maximum value to customers.
* Attend industry events, conventions, and training to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or healthcare/dental sales a plus).
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation
Compensation: $50,000 base + commission
