Use your proven knowledge to identify, design, update and deliver training to different stakeholders, face to face, workshops, e-learns in an engaging way and ensure training is suited to a range of stakeholders with varying levels of experience, ensuring remaining focussed on good customer outcomes. Continually carry out training needs analysis across the business to create meaningful and specific training interventions to support business compliance across the business. Develop "just in time" training and coaching solutions to support out customer facing areas.
