Network Supply Planning Manager
Based in Lutterworth, LE17 4DU (3 days in the office)
Salary - c£45,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus + private medical insurance
We have a new role available for an experienced Network Supply Planning Manager to join our office in Lutterworth. Working in collaboration with the Category Business Teams, you will be responsible for creating the demand plan from period 14 to 36 and converting the full demand horizon into a weekly bucketed supply plan and high-level material resource plan.
Some travel will be required to our manufacturing sites across the UK.
What you will be doing:
* Translate the 0–36 period demand plan into a category supply plan by manufacturing location, considering current and future manufacturing constraints, aiming to maximize manufacturing efficiency and minimize working capital costs.
* Create mid- to long-term views of raw materials, packaging, and work-in-progress to support supply plans.
* Own and maintain plans for brought-in finished goods (BIFG) and manage relationships with BIFG suppliers.
* Collaborate with procurement to ensure service levels are met for BIFG partnering.
* Own and maintain system planning parameters, including ABC/XYZ classification, safety stock settings, replenishment quantities, and slot constraint parameters.
* Develop scenario plans to understand risks and opportunities within the planning horizon.
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in supply planning, preferably in an FMCG environment.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly and simply.
* Experience with Maestro (Rapid Response) is preferred.
