Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities and complex needs? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team, providing essential care and support across multiple locations in Suffolk.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the children in our care. You will be providing day-to-day support, promoting independence, and helping to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements:
Experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities or complex needs
A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach

Subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references
Right to work in the UK, Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship, but if you are already sponsored, we may be able to offer up to 20 additional hours per week.
