What you will be doing:
1. Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications.
2. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
3. Participating in the full software development lifecycle – including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
4. Collaborating with senior developers and architects on system design and architecture.
5. Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
7. Mentoring and guiding junior developers in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
8. Staying up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.

9. Experience across all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
10. Strong skills in, with familiarity in other programming languages.
11. Experience working with WPF applications and the MVVM architecture pattern.
12. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
13. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
It would be great if you had:
14. Currently hold an active SC and Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV3).
15. Knowledge of legacy development environments such as VB6, as well as .NET.
16. Experience working in risk-averse environments, such as those within the financial services, insurance, and blue light sectors, where security, compliance, and operational resilience are critical.
17. Familiarity with modern UI frameworks, design tools, and best practices for delivering intuitive user experiences.
