What’s on offer? You will earn a starting salary of £43,000, with on-target earnings of c£53,000, plus a car allowance and an attractive benefits package designed to recognise and reward your hard work.
What’s Involved
As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage in one of our purpose-built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together. We’re looking for a perfect blend of sales expertise, creativity, and leadership, with 2-3 years of previous experience as a retail manager in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom sector. You’ll energise a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth. You’ll have the freedom to lead the Sevenoaks Showroom like it’s your own business, ensuring customers enjoy outstanding service from start to finish. We offer training to accelerate leadership skills and develop design expertise, supporting a rewarding career journey. Our Store Managers stay with us on average over 9 years.

What We Need From You

* At least 2-3 years of previous experience in the KBB retail industry leading a team.
* A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered.
* A creative mindset and flexibility with varied working hours.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
