We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our growing team at Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) and help us strengthen a proactive, people-first safety culture across our aviation operations.
As our HSE Advisor, you’ll take the lead in developing, implementing, and managing systems that keep our people safe and our organisation compliant. From risk assessments and safety audits to training and emergency response planning, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining the highest standards of safety across everything we do.

🕗 Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
What You’ll Do
* Monitor, evaluate, and review new and existing Health & Safety legislation
* Develop and maintain HSE procedures and safe systems of work
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
* Support fire risk assessments and emergency planning
* Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses
* Provide HSE training and guidance to employees
* Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Aviation experience is an advantage (training provided)
* Eligible for an airside security pass (basic DBS required)
