Your newpany

You'll be supporting a front of house team for a well known organisation in central Bath.

Hours
35hrs a week

Working pattern
On site Monday to Friday


Your new role

You’ll support the front office team, and organisation users, by assisting with the following:
1. Managing reception and weing visitors.
2. Being a warm and weing presence in the office for visitors and organisation users.
3. Handling calls and enquiries professionally
4. Providing general admin support ( formatting, scanning, filing)
5. Coordinating office supplies and maintainingmunal areas
6. Setting up and cleaning meeting rooms.
7. Assisting with events and internal processes ( admissions, invoices)
8. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management


What you'll need to succeed

9. Proven admin and reception experience
10. Initiative to take on additional tasks when you see the team struggling.
11. Strong IT skills and document formatting ability
12. Excellent organisation and time management
13. Clear, adaptablemunication style
14. High attention to detail
