We have a highly experienced technology team that has developed our platform, with sales, product, and marketing functions led by seasoned industry veterans. As we launch our HubPro platform and expand across Europe, US, and Africa, we are extending our support desk team and seeking Application Support Specialists. This role is within our Professional Services Group.

Job Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer support, assisting clients with questions and issues related to our software.
* Troubleshooting technical problems by analyzing logs and working with the development team.
* Guiding customers through product features and usage scenarios with clear explanations.
* Collaborating with development teams to relay customer feedback and insights.
* Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and success with our software.
* Contributing to the development of support processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
* Excellent communication skills for customer assistance and issue resolution.
* Willingness to work on a shift rota.
* Ability to document complex problems clearly for escalation.
* Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving passion.
* Understanding of our products, services, and new technologies.
