Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stirling, for an Administrative Assistant at Carter Ceilings Limited. Daily responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, payroll, maintaining schedules, and providing general support to the team. The Administrative Assistant will also handle phone communication, assist with executive-level tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to handle office operations efficiently.
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, organisation, and scheduling.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Sage Accounting Software, Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent, is beneficial.
* Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
