The role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and efficient office management and is also responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating project activities and supporting the design teams. The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing office, sales andservices documents Helping with client quotations, bookings and service scheduling Coordinating vehicle requirements Preparing reports Raising and preparing invoices and sending them to clients - Experience of Xero highly advantageous Experience in accounts is also necessary, to enable tracking expenses, reviewing invoices and creating accurate financial records.
