We are working with a well-established and respected boutique law firm in Coventry that is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its thriving residential property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion — all while delivering outstanding client care and ensuring compliance throughout.
🏠 Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files — including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
* Draft and review contracts, title documents, and legal reports.
* Conduct searches, raise/respond to enquirers, and provide timely updates to clients.
* Ensure full compliance with AML, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate file management and high standards of legal service delivery.
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar role as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Legal Executive, or Solicitor.
* Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and current legislation.
* Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and file management skills.
* Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* A client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
