About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Support team member to join us at our head office. This is a varied role where you will work closely with managers and consultants to make sure our systems run smoothly and our documentation is accurate and up to date.
Your day might include preparing reports, updating company records, supporting recruitment paperwork, organising training schedules, monitoring compliance trackers, and helping to keep our office systems running efficiently.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, likes to be organised, and wants to contribute to a team that makes a real difference.
Key responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team
* Maintain and update records, trackers, and compliance documents
* Support recruitment administration including arranging interviews and processing references
* Assist with training coordination and maintaining training records
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and policies
* Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
* Ensure office filing systems (digital and paper) are organised and up to date
* Support with meeting preparation and minute taking
* Liaise with staff across different locations to gather required information
About you
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
* A positive and flexible approach to tasks
* Experience in administration or office support (preferred but not essential)
