Clifton Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Professional to support the performance and growth of our online channels. This role is essential to how our brand stands out online, how customers discover and interact with our products, and how our e-commerce platforms support both B2C and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Clifton Coffee Roasters’ e-commerce strategy, driving online sales growth across B2C and B2B channels
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with commercial objectives and brand values
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, prioritising channels and activity that deliver measurable ROI
- Optimise the customer’s online journey, using data and insights to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Work alongside the marketing team, head of coffee, sales and operations to ensure alignment between online and offline activity
- Collaborate on product launches, merchandising, promotions, and content across e-commerce platforms
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within Food & Beverage brand
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B e-commerce sales strategies
- Confident using data and analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance
- Experience planning and delivering digital campaigns across channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and problem-solving
- Competent in Shopify platform configuration and applications
- An understanding of creating digital assets using Klaviyo and Adobe Design Suite
- An education in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Speciality coffee industry experience is a bonus!
