Want to be a part of our team? Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities: Contributes to the development of sales commission programs and models for the sales organisation. Performs administrative activities related to sales compensation reporting including but not limited to the accurate and timely preparation of sales quota templates, computation of sales bonus, upload of individual results in relevant portal, etc. Responsible for implementing enhancements to the sales bonus portal [SAP PCM] as aligned to business requirements. Studies labour markets to determine compensation trends and related benchmark data and advises management of any recommendations or changes for consideration. Responsible for compensation data collection and preparation and consider market data when completing the compensation planning process. Participates in and supports audits analysing compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Provides input into and assists with the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies. Prepares and files reports which they import and export from the sales compensation system and relevant databases for processing. Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews on Plan performance with C-Level Executives. Work closely with other business partners and departments such as Sales Managers, HR, and Finance, to drive on-going process refinement to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sales commissions calculations and reporting. Collaborate with VPs, Directors, Managers regarding payment, plan rollout, discrepancies, new hires, etc. Work with Finance to accrue the annual and monthly commission forecast. Model out proposed changes for future commission plans to calculate ROI and effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement, make recommendations for changes to compensation plans, process, etc and execute on those changes. Ensure commission are paid on time, accurately and in compliance with the stated policy. Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance and training to sales teams on commissions plan structures, reports, policy, and other relevant processes. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Accounting, Finance) Required Experience: Seasoned relevant experience in similar role within a related environment. Seasoned experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus. Seasoned experience dealing with stakeholders. Seasoned experience in administering sales commissions / bonus / compensation plans.
